When attacking, create a water balloon on the spot that explodes after a 3s delay (CD: 9.0s), to deal 300% ATK of Ice DMG.

Requires Stigmata (T). When the water balloon explodes, attacks of allies within the explosion AOE gain 30% Fire, Ice, and Lightning DMG for 6.0s. This effect cannot stack.

Requires Stigmata (T). When water balloon explodes, heals allies within the AOE for 200 HP.

Set 2

Enlarges the AOE of the water balloon explosion by 2 meters. Enemies within the explosion AOE are frozen for 1.5s.

Set 3

Exploding water balloon deals 200% more Ice DMG. Shortens CD by 2s.
